Symptoms

The Microsoft User Experience Virtualization (UE-V) agent may log the following event when attempting to upload settings packages to the settings storage location:

Description:
The UE-V Agent was unable to register a cache reset. The Offline Files cache will not be cleared on reboot.

Cause

This issue can occur if the offline files cache is corrupted.
