Summary

When you install Internet Explorer 10 Release Preview for Windows 7, the installer program tries to automatically install prerequisite components. If this part of the installation fails, Internet Explorer stops the installation process. If this occurs, you must install the prerequisite software manually before you can install Internet Explorer 10 Release Preview for Windows 7. Note Internet Explorer 10 Release Preview for Windows 7 cannot automatically install prerequisites if any update installation is in progress or if a system restart is pending.
