SYMPTOMS
When you right-click a Web page in Microsoft Internet Explorer, a shortcut menu with a command to Export to Microsoft Excel appears. If you click Export to Microsoft Excel on this menu, nothing happens. You expect the Web page to be exported to Excel when you click Export to Microsoft Excel, and you do not expect the Export to Microsoft Excel menu command to appear if Microsoft Excel is not installed. CAUSE
