PUB2000: Publisher Is Not Installed from Office 2000 Professional Disc 1 CD-ROM

When you use the Microsoft Office 2000 Professional Disc 1 CD-ROM to install Microsoft Office 2000 Professional, you may experience any of the following symptoms:

• The Microsoft Publisher 2000 icon is not on the Start menu.
• Publisher 2000 is not installed.

This behavior occurs because you need to install Publisher 2000 from the Microsoft Office 2000 Professional Disc 2 CD-ROM.

The Office 2000 Professional Disc 2 CD-ROM is located in the jewel case behind a plastic divider.

To install Publisher 2000, run the installation program from the Office 2000 Professional Disc 2 CD-ROM.

To locate the Office 2000 Professional Disc 2 CD-ROM, flip the plastic divider in the jewel case to expose the second CD-ROM.
