SYMPTOMS

When you use the Rules Wizardto create a server reply template that includes blind carbon copy (BCC) recipients in Microsoft Outlook 2002, in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, or in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, you may receive the following error message:

One or more rules could not be updated to Exchange server and have been deactivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not supported and there is insufficient space to store all of your rules.
