When you apply the Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1 (SR-1) Update or any other update (patch) to your Office 2000 installation, you may receive the following error message
where Office 2000 product is the name of the Office program that is installed on your computer.
The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available.
Insert the 'Office 2000 product' disk and click OK.
You may receive this error message even though you have an Office 2000 family product CD in the CD-ROM drive.

For example, you have Microsoft Access 2000 stand-alone and Microsoft Office 2000 Small Business Edition installed, or you have Microsoft Office 2000 Small Business Edition and Microsoft Office 2000 Premium installed.
