(SR-1) Update or any other update (patch) to your Office 2000 installation, you
may receive the following error message The feature you
are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not
available. Insert the 'Office 2000 product' disk and click OK. You may receive this error message even though you have an Office 2000 family product CD in the CD-ROM drive. CAUSE Two or more Office 2000 family products are installed on
your computer, and the CD in the CD-ROM drive is not the Office product that is
being requested. For example, you have Microsoft Access 2000 stand-alone and
Microsoft Office 2000 Small Business Edition installed, or you have Microsoft
Office 2000 Small Business Edition and Microsoft Office 2000 Premium installed.
