SYMPTOMS

When you use the Active Directory Connector (ADC) to configure a Connection Agreement between Exchange 2000 Server and Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 organizations, the users on the Exchange 2000 server may not be able to view the free and busy data of the Exchange Server 5.5 users.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if the ADC creates custom recipients on the Exchange Server 5.5 computer with home-MTA and home-MDB attributes. This causes problems with free and busy information between organizations.
