You add text to a slide in a Photo Album by using a text box or a placeholder in Microsoft PowerPoint. Then, you update the Photo Album. When you do this, the slide no longer contains the text. A new slide is created containing the text.

Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007

To add text for the first time, follow these steps:
  1. On the Slides pane, right-click the slide, point to Layout, and then click Title Slide under Office Theme.
  2. On the picture title placeholder, type the text that you want.
To add text to the existing text, put the pointer where you want to add the text. Then, type the text.

Microsoft PowerPoint 2002

To add text for the first time, follow these steps:
  1. Select the picture.
  2. Right-click the picture, click Add Text, and then type the text that you want.
To add text to the existing text, right-click the picture, click Edit Text, and then type the text that you want.

STATUS
