mail to a Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) or Internet Message Access Protocol
(IMAP) server running Exchange 2000 Server or Exchange Server 2003, you may
receive the following error message: Your server has
unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server
problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account:

(SSL); No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F Connection to host
lost. CAUSEThis problem may occur if the
Exchange Server
administrator has enabled bandwidth throttling in Exchange
2000 Server or in Exchange Server 2003. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, contact the
Exchange
Server administrator to see if he or she has to disable
bandwidth throttling on the Exchange server. If
you are the administrator of the Exchange server, follow these
steps to disable bandwidth throttling on an
Exchange server:
