Offline Address Book users can not download offline Address Book from the server.
CAUSE
When a blank line is encountered in the global address list, offline Address Book generation stops. You can track the problem down to this if you set Diagnostics Logging for the offline address list generator to Maximum.
The last successful offline address list message will be:
OALGen successfully generated templates files. (..offline address list name)
You then get an error event that says that the offline address list generator could not generate.The problem is that the offline address list generator cannot generate offline address books if an entry in the global address list is hidden by Access Control Lists such that the global address list appears as a blank line. The offline address list generator creates corrupted Rdndex.oab files for visible mail-enabled public folder objects.
