No Global Groups Are Available Creating File-Share Resource Permissions in Cluster Administrator

SYMPTOMS

When you create a new file-share resource in Cluster Administrator and assign access permissions, the following objects are available:

Users
Domain local groups
Universal groups

However, no global groups are available, no matter which domain you select.
