An access violation may occur in the Inetinfo.exe process when you try to quit Microsoft Internet Information Server version 5.0 while an application is making heavy use of IIS. This access violation may cause the computer that is running the Inetinfo.exe process to drop out of a testing scenario or it may cause loss of data in the metabase. CAUSE
This behavior occurs because of a problem in the Coadmin.dll file.
