Symptoms

You install a 32-bit version of Microsoft Outlook 2013 on a computer that is running a 64-bit version of Windows 8. When you install the Live Meeting Conferencing Add-in for Outlook, the add-in does not appear in Outlook 2013.

Note You can click the Add-ins tab in the Outlook Options dialog box to check all the add-ins in Outlook 2013.

To resolve the issue, install the following cumulative update:
