When the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service (Store.exe) runs on an Exchange Server 2010 Mailbox server, Store.exe crashes occasionally. When this issue occurs, the following events are logged in the Application log:

Message: The Microsoft Exchange Information Store encountered an unexpected exception 0xC0000005 at address Address while processing a request for user User.
This issue occurs because the Information Store service tries to access an object that is deleted from the cache.
To resolve this issue, install the following update rollup:
