When a user logs on to a Windows 2000 Professional-based computer that is a member of a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 domain, and both of the following conditions are true
Access denied.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the administrator sets the Additional restrictions for anonymous connections policy setting to the No access without explicit anonymous permissions policy setting in the Local Security Policy administrative tool in the Windows 2000 Professional-based computer.
