Summary

When you apply the Microsoft Lync 2010 Phone Edition updates for December 2012 to the following devices, Hebrew or Arabic words are displayed in reverse order on the device console:
  • Aastra 6721ip and Aastra 6725ip
  • HP 4110 and HP 4120
  • Polycom CX500, Polycom CX600, and Polycom CX3000

The client operating systems for the devices that are listed in the "Summary" section do not support right-to-left (RTL) languages.
