When you close the screen saver, an icon that is titled "screen saver" is displayed on the taskbar. If you click the icon, the icon disappears. If you start and then quit the screen saver again, a new icon that is named "screen saver" is displayed, and then the name of the icon that was displayed first becomes blank.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you applied the hotfix that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article: 260067

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, remove the hotfix. To do this, follow these steps:

To work around this issue, disable the screen saver and use the Energy Saving features to turn off the monitor. To disable the screen saver, follow these steps:
