The problem occurs due to the automatically created registry value by third-party ActiveX or process blockes the 32-bit execution on Internet Explorer 10.

Back up the registry

  1. In the Start or Desktop screen, press Windows + R.

  2. In the Run screen, type regedit and click OK.

    When the User Account Control message appears, enter the administrator password or click Yes.

  3. In the Registry Editor screen, navigate to the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main , and right click TabProcGrowth in the right screen.
