To solve the problem, please remove TabProcGrowth registry value, following the method below.

Back up the registry

In the Start or Desktop screen, press Windows + R.
In the Run screen, type regedit and click OK.

When the User Account Control message appears, enter the administrator password or click Yes.
In the Registry Editor screen, navigate to the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main , and right click TabProcGrowth in the right screen.

If the Confirm Value Delete message appears, click Yes.
Restart your computer and check whether the problem solved or not.
