On a system that has Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, or Microsoft Outlook 2002 installed, you attempt to send an e-mail message by using the Send To command in an earlier version of a Microsoft Office program. When you do this, you receive one of the following error messages:
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, you can use one of two methods. The first method is to save the file in the application (Excel, Word, etc), create a new e-mail message, attach the file, and then send the e-mail message. The second method is to revert to an earlier version of Outlook, or to upgrade the remaining earlier versions of Office programs to the later version of Office that is installed on the computer. Note Microsoft recommends that you use the same version of Office Outlook and the same version of the Office system.
