| • | Program could not load the e-mail envelope. This could be caused by a network connection problem or a problem with your Office installation.
To determine the unique number that is associated with the message that you receive, press CTRL+SHIFT+I. The following number appears in the lower-right corner of this message: 200785 or 502859 |

To work around this issue, you can use one of two methods. The first method is to save the file in the application (Excel, Word, etc), create a new e-mail message, attach the file, and then send the e-mail message.
The second method is to revert to an earlier version of Outlook, or to upgrade the remaining earlier versions of Office programs to the later version of Office that is installed on the computer.
Note Microsoft recommends that you use the same version of Office Outlook and the same version of the Office system.
