object. For example, the message includes a Microsoft Paintbrush picture. When this occurs, you cannot open or edit
the embedded object. This problem occurs when the message is in Rich Text Format. WORKAROUND To work around this problem, click Forward, and then double-click the object in the original message.
Make the changes that you want. Then, click outside the object to exit Edit mode and
to return to the message. STATUSMicrosoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
