Summary
Cumulative update packages for Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013 contain hotfixes for the SharePoint Foundation 2013 issues that were fixed since the release of SharePoint Foundation 2013.
Note This is build 15.0.4517.1003 of the cumulative update package.

This cumulative update package resolves the following issues:

Assume that you share an Office document on a SharePoint Server document library. When you clink on a link to open the document, the document is opened in the corresponding Office client. However, the document is not opened in Office Web App in the web browser.

When you pass query parameters to query rules from Search Web Part on a SharePoint Server 2013 site, the search results are not updated.

When you change the theme of a SharePoint Server 2013 site collection, you experience one of the following issues:

It takes longer than expected to complete the operation.

You receive the following error message:
Cannot complete this operation.

After you upgrade from SharePoint Server 2010 to SharePoint Server 2013, certain list items cannot be correctly rendered. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
An unexpected error has occurred.

When you make some changes to a Wiki page on a SharePoint Server 2013 site, the changes are not tracked in page history view.

Assume that you enable the SharePoint Server Standard Site Collection features for a publishing site in a SharePoint Server 2013 site collection. Then, you add an RSS viewer web part to a page that contains a content editor web part on the publishing site. In this situation, when you publish the page, the RSS web part is not loaded.
