When you are attempting to run the Lotus Notes management agent, the management agent does not appear to take any action, and no errors or events are recorded in the operator's log.

This behavior occurs if you have not installed the Microsoft Metadirectory Services (MMS) Lotus Notes add-in.

To resolve this behavior, install the Lotus Notes add-in, and then restart the computer that is running MMS.

In addition to installing the Lotus Notes client on the MMS server, you must install the add-in. You must also must have administrative privileges in Notes Directory.

To install the add-in:

1.	Click Start, click Programs, and then click Microsoft Metadirectory Services.
2.	Click Lotus Notes Add-in Setup to install the add-in, and then you will be prompted to restart the computer.
