Symptoms
When you try to print a file on a computer that is running Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012, the computer crashes.
This issue occurs when the following conditions are true:

You are printing from an application that supports the application isolation feature, such as Microsoft Word 2010.

Application isolation is enabled on the computer.
