SYMPTOMS

When you migrate Lotus cc:Mail archives to a Microsoft Exchange mailbox by using cc:Mail Archive Importer from Outlook 2000, the client may stop responding or you may receive one of the following error messages:

RESOLUTION

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Outlook 2000.
