SYMPTOMS

When you upgrade to Internet Explorer 6, MSN Messenger is not installed.

Internet Explorer 6 does not include MSN Messenger.

RESOLUTION

To install the latest version of MSN Messenger, download the latest version from the following Microsoft Web site:
