Microsoft has created a Microsoft PowerPoint add-in that allows you to convert all linked images in a presentation to embedded images. This add-in can help you work around Pack and Go problems, in which linked images are not included in a packed presentation.

The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help to prevent any unauthorized changes to the file. When you double-click the Embed.exe file, the Embed.ppa file is extracted to the folder that you choose. Microsoft recommends that you place the Embed.ppa file in the following folder:
