Symptoms

When you use the SQL profiler to trace a remote procedure call (RPC) event class in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, an access violation may occur.

Note This issue applies to the following RPC events:

  • RPC Output Parameter

  • RPC:Completed

  • RPC:Starting
