This article describes the Daylight Savings Time (DST) changes for Paraguay that may affect the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Service.

The government of Paraguay has shortened DST for 2013 to end on March 23, 2013 instead of April 6, 2013. This will affect all Live Meetings that have been or will be created in this time zone for the above extended period.

Install the required updates

Meeting organizers that have Live Meetings scheduled in this time zone should install the latest Widows update that addresses this issue:

Verify meeting invitations

Live Meeting invitations will be off by one hour under the following circumstances:
  • The Live Meeting is administered in the Asuncion time zone
  • The Live Meeting is administered during the DST extension that is described in the More Information section of this KB article
Live Meeting organizers must check their meeting start times and, if it is necessary, update and resend invitations.
