This article was previously published under Q283296 SUMMARY Video cards that use the NVidia GeForce 256 video card and
GeForce chip set, or the NVidia Vanta chip set, are not supported on Windows
XP-based computers that use Physical Address Extension (PAE). MORE INFORMATION Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition loads a standard VGA
video driver for NVidia GeForce chip sets, or NVidia Vanta chip sets, to
eliminate problems on computers that use PAE (Physical Address Extension).
Please contact NVidia to inquire about an updated driver that is supported by
Windows on PAE computers.
