SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to capture and encode live video from either the ATI RADEON 64-MB DDR or the ATI All In Wonder RADEON card by using the Windows Media Encoder, the following error message occurs when the capture and encoding process is started:
A device attached to the system is not functioning

CAUSE
