When you try to upgrade from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 with slipstreamed Service Pack 1 (SP1), Service Pack 2 (SP2), or Service Pack 3 (SP3), the Cmdlines.txt file may not run during the upgrade.
CAUSE
If Windows 2000 SP1 is part of a master image, the Cmdlines.txt file is not processed during an unattended upgrade. Cmdlines.txt is processed for new installs only.

How to Obtain the Latest Windows 2000 Service PackHotfix InformationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft.
