When you use the
Paste Special command or the
Excel Table smart tag option to paste a large range of cells as a Microsoft
Excel worksheet object from an Excel worksheet into a Microsoft PowerPoint
presentation, only a portion of the cells copied from the workbook may be
visible.

This behavior occurs because the size of the Excel
worksheet, which varies according to the number and width of rows and columns
and the font size used, exceeds the default frame size for the pasted object.

To display all the rows and columns of the Excel worksheet
in the PowerPoint presentation, try any of the following workarounds. These
workarounds do not correct the issue 100 percent of the time, depending upon
the amount of Excel information that you are trying to paste into PowerPoint.

Method 1: Reduce the Font Size, Column Size, and Row Size
In Excel, reduce the font size, column widths, and row heights to
the minimum size acceptable; doing so reduces the overall size of the
worksheet.

Method 2: Use Paste, Not Paste Special
On the
Edit menu, click
Paste
instead of
Paste Special, and then use the default format when
you paste.

Increase the size of the PowerPoint slide. To do so, follow these
steps:
| 1. | In PowerPoint, on the File menu, click
Page Setup. |
| 2. | Use the UP ARROW key to change the width and height of the
slide. |
| 3. | Select the slide to which this size applies, and then click
OK. |

Method 4: Paste the Cells in Sections
If you still cannot paste the whole range of cells that you want,
paste the range of cells in multiple sections. To do so, follow these steps:
| 1. | In Excel, select a range of cells that is small enough to
copy into PowerPoint. |
| 2. | On the Edit menu, click
Copy. |
| 3. | On the PowerPoint Edit menu, click
Paste. |
| 4. | Select the remainder of the range of cells in
Excel. |
| 5. | On the Edit menu, click
Copy. |
| 6. | On the PowerPoint Edit menu, click
Paste. Note: You can align the sections inside PowerPoint so that they appear
contiguous. |
