Use the following steps to copy one or more folder attributes from one folder to another folder:
  1. In the Folder List, click the folder that you want to copy the attributes. This is the destination folder. If you do not see the Folder List, click Folder List on the View menu.
  2. On the File menu, point to Folder, and then click Copy Folder Design.
  3. In the Copy Design From This Folder dialog box, click the folder from which you want to copy the folder attributes. This is the originating folder.
  4. Under Design Copy Of, click the attributes that you want to copy.
  5. Click OK.
