SYMPTOMS

When you create a new e-mail message or reply to a message, the e-mail content that you add may be lost.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if the code that is supposed to perform a "fast copy to" procedure on the server actually causes the loss of the e-mail contents.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
