This article was previously published under Q285808 On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you try to resume your Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer from hibernation, your computer may stop responding (hang). CAUSEThis problem may occur if your video adapter loads the Agpcpq.sys driver. The value of the Agpcpq.sys driver's Graphics Address Remapping Table (GART) Base Address Register is not correctly restored when your computer resumes from hibernation. When your computer tries to run a Microsoft DirectX or a Microsoft Direct3D program, the computer stops responding. RESOLUTIONService pack informationTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000.
