Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You have a computer that has Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Analysis Services (SSAS 2012) installed.

There are many users who belong to different roles in SSAS 2012.

The users run some commands against an SSAS cube at the same time. For example, users run Select or Update Cube commands against the cube.

The users use the XMLA ClearCache command to frequently clear SSAS caches.
In this scenario, an internal exception access violation may occur and the SSAS server freezes. Additionally, you have to restart SSAS 2012.
