When you upgrade to Microsoft Small Business Server 2000, you may receive the following message at the Suite Requirements Setup dialog box:
Cannot upgrade to Microsoft Small Business Server 2000 with language English (United States). This computer is running Microsoft Small Business Server with language Language Neutral.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, you must perform the following steps:
NOTE: During Setup you are prompted for source installation files. Since Setup had been started from the directory that had been copied to the hard disk drive in step 1, you must type in or browse to the location of the source files CD-ROMs when prompted during Setup. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
