Error Message: One or More Components Required to Run Vizact Are Not Properly Installed

When you start Microsoft Vizact 2000, you may receive the following error message: When you click OK, the program quits. If you reinstall the program, the problem is not resolved.

This problem occurs because the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (VM) is not included with Windows XP; however, it is available as a separate downloadable file.
