OL2000: Outlook 2000 Users Cannot Send Encrypted Mail to Exchange Server 5.0 Users

Outlook 2000 users may not be able to send encrypted mail to a user on Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.0.

This problem can occur because the User-certs property is not used as a fallback method when other properties that are stored in the Global Address List are incorrect or are not available.

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office 2000.
