Additionally, assume that your mailbox reaches the quota limit. In this situation, the Microsoft Exchange RPC Client Access service (Microsoft.Exchange.RpcClientAccess.Service.exe) freezes on the Client Access server. When this issue occurs, users cannot access their mailboxes. Additionally, the following event is logged in the Application log on the Client Access server: Log Name: Application CauseThis issue occurs because the RPC Client Access service does not handle a QuotaExceededException exception correctly. When this exception occurs, Windows Error Reporting (WER) collects any exception information. The RPC Client Access service does not respond until WER is stopped.
