you change the Allow external attendees check box for an
online meeting by using Microsoft Exchange Conferencing Server. Because you are not prompted to send an update, the meeting item is listed as public or private, depending on whether you initially selected the Allow external attendees check box. This behavior occurs regardless of the changes you make to the Allow external attendees check box; that is, you are not prompted to send updates if you later select or clear the Allow external attendees check box. RESOLUTION To resolve this issue in Outlook 2002, obtain the latest
Microsoft Office service pack.
