INTRODUCTION
Microsoft has released an update for Microsoft Outlook 2013. This update provides the latest fixes for the 32-bit and 64-bit editions of Outlook 2013. Additionally, this update contains stability and performance improvements.
Issue that this update fixes

When you change the dots per inch (DPI) setting in Windows to a high value (for example, a value that is equal to or greater than 200), Outlook 2013 icons are blurry and stretched.
