FIX: History of a Label Does Not List the Files from Subproject

SYMPTOMS

When you label a project, and then view the label in the history of a subproject, the files that are included in the label from that subproject do not appear in the list.

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior

Create a project named LabelTest1.
Create a subproject of LabelTest1 named SubProject1.
Add at least one file to each of these projects.
Label the LabelTest1 project Build, locate the history of the SubProject1, and then view the label from the history.
