When you try to set a feature set to Installed on First Use, or you add a feature in Maintenance Mode Setup, you may receive an error message that is similar to one of the following, even if the CD is in the CD-ROM drive:
Could not find: 'Office product'. Please try another location.
Please insert the disk: Office product
The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the 'Office product' disk and click OK. CAUSE
You may experience this problem if the following conditions are true:

Using a CD that you created is not a supported way to install or maintain Office.
You Originally Installed Office with a CD That You CreatedIf you installed Office with a CD that you created, and you are experiencing this problem because you are now using a retail CD, uninstall Office and then reinstall it by using a retail CD. To do this, follow these steps:
