When you view a drawing, one or more of the following symptoms may occur:
CAUSE
If you do not see any part of the Visio interface, you may be in full-screen view (press F10). This view is useful if you want to see as much of the drawing page as possible while you are working.
RESOLUTION
To return to your usual screen, use either of the following methods.
Method 1: Press the ESC keyPress ESC to switch Visio back to the regular editing environment.Method 2: Close full-screen view with the mouseTo close the full-screen view with the mouse, right-click anywhere in the window, and then click Close.MORE INFORMATIONHow to navigate between pages in full-screen view
How to browse hyperlinks in full-screen viewClick any shapes that have hyperlinks to jump to the link. Visio opens the default Web browser and browses to the appropriate Uniform Resource Locator (URL).REFERENCES
