FIX: Startup Stored Procedures Don't Execute with AWE Support Enabled

SYMPTOMS

Stored procedures that are marked as startup procedures may fail to run at SQL Server start time if Address Windowing Extensions (AWE) support is enabled.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in SQL Server 2000. This problem was first corrected in SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 1.
