Symptoms

Assume that you have Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services (SSRS 2008 R2) or SQL Server 2012 Reporting Service (SSRS 2012), or SQL Server 2014 Reporting Service (SSRS 2014) integrated with Microsoft SharePoint Add-in installed on a computer. When you try to pass report parameters to a report in a SharePoint Document Library by using HTML forms to http://<SharePoint_site>/_layouts/ReportServer/RSViewerPage.aspx page in SSRS 2008 R2 or SSRS 2012, parameters are dropped by RSViewerPage.aspx.
