. On This PageSYMPTOMS When you attempt to start Outlook 2002, you may receive one
of the following error messages: Outlook.exe caused an
'access violation' fault in module Riched20.dll at 014f:4802bc95. Outlook caused an Invalid Page Fault in
Riched20.dll. Alternately, Outlook may start, but when you attempt to create a new message, you may receive the following error message: Unable to load "riched20.dll".
You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file.
CAUSE This behavior occurs because the Riched20.dll file is
damaged or missing. RESOLUTION To resolve this behavior, rename the Riched20.dll file, if
